Supporting Neurological Care for Service Members & Veterans
Service Members & Veterans may require neurological evaluation and long-term care for a wide range of complex conditions. Quantitative brain MRI can provide clinicians with additional objective structural information alongside conventional MRI interpretation and the broader clinical assessment.
Neuroreader® automatically labels, visualizes, and quantifies segmentable brain structures from compatible MR images, providing standardized volumetric information for clinical review.
More Information From Brain MRI
Neuroreader® adds standardized quantitative measurements to structural brain MRI, giving radiologists, neurologists, and other clinical teams additional objective information to review alongside the complete clinical picture.
Objective Quantification
Automatically quantify 83 anatomical brain volumes using compatible high-resolution
3D T1-weighted MRI.
Normative Comparison
Review volumetric measurements alongside statistical comparisons designed to account for factors including age, sex, and head size.
Serial MRI Information
Review quantitative volumetric measurements from compatible serial MRI examinations using a consistent methodology.
Visual Context
Review segmented brain images, volumetric measurements, charts, and other quantitative information within the Neuroreader® report.
Brainreader + Lovell Government Services
Expanding Federal Access to Quantitative Brain MRI
Brainreader has partnered with Lovell Government Services to help make Neuroreader® more accessible to federal healthcare organizations.
Lovell serves as Brainreader’s Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vendor of record, supporting access to Neuroreader® for the Veterans Health Administration (VA), Military Health System (DoD), Indian Health Service (IHS), and other federal healthcare organizations.
Neuroreader® Is Available on the VA Federal Supply Schedule
Through the Brainreader and Lovell partnership, eligible federal customers can procure Neuroreader® through Lovell using an established federal contracting pathway.
For VA organizations, this means the conversation can focus not only on whether quantitative brain MRI fits the clinical need, but also on providing a defined pathway for acquisition.
Lovell Government Services was founded in 2013 by retired U.S. Marine Corps Major Chris Lovell. Lovell helps companies bring advanced products to the Federal Government through certification, marketing, and contracting expertise, continuing its mission of serving America’s Warfighters.
Neuroreader is available on the GSA Advantage and FSS ordering systems through Lovell.

Bring Quantitative Brain MRI to Your Military or VA Program
Whether your program is focused on neurology, neuroradiology, cognitive care, imaging informatics, rehabilitation, or clinical research, Brainreader and Lovell Government Services can help your organization evaluate both the clinical opportunity and procurement pathway for Neuroreader®.
Neuroreader® is intended for automatic labeling, visualization, and volumetric quantification of segmentable brain structures from a set of MR images. Neuroreader® is an assessment tool and is not intended to replace evaluation by a qualified physician. References to neurological conditions describe potential clinical or research contexts for quantitative volumetric information and do not represent disease-specific FDA indications.
